Huixian Xinda Textile machinery accessories provides multi-purpose warping machine infrared sensor assembly, warp warping machine accessories, infrared electric box control accessories. The infrared device of warping machine is designed based on the principle of sensor sensing warp motion. It has the characteristics of light installation, long service life, low load voltage and fast identification of broken warp.
The infrared sensors are arranged in a group of 5 holes (heads), and the length can be customized according to the customer's requirements. Each 5 holes has a white porcelain eye different from other colors (pink), which is convenient for counting the number of warp yarns. When the warp yarn in the hole is broken at high speed, the yarn hook will fall down in time, and the inductor will have a signal through the electric box to realize the light indication.
The above figure shows 73 heads (holes) in each group. Generally, the number of layers of yarn frame of warping machine is calculated by 9 layers. One group is installed on the left and right sides of the frame in turn. One side of each group has a signal connector and the other side has a red indicator light. Common faults and Troubleshooting:
1. Whether the left and right signal interfaces are well connected.
2. Whether the left and right fuses are burnt out.
3. Check the voltmeter for 12V
4. The commissioning will be turned on during the test run, and whether all the red lights are stopped.
5. Whether the sensor is bent.
6. Whether the horn plug is inserted properly, or whether it is broken with 10 core flat wire.
7. When the yarn hook jumps frequently, it will delay (1) to open when it stops upside down.
8. If the red light is always on, check whether the white transmitter at the end of the red light is damaged.
9. Whether the components on the circuit board and the connector are in good condition.
The data cable (information source connecting line) used by the infrared sensor of warping machine is soft in texture and connected with the infrared electric control box of warping machine.
