Huixian Xinda Textile machinery accessories has long provided Old Loom Spare Part J9 Weft Feeler Holder, an old shuttle loom accessory. The textile Weft Feeler Holder is divided into left hand and right hand. The specific parameters of the shuttle loom Weft Feeler Holder are: length 83mm, width 71mm, height 17mm, the inner diameter of the probe fixing hole is 5mm, the chute width is 10mm, and a chute with a protrusion of 1mm is fixed at the bottom. J9 probe base can be used for shuttle looms with different door widths, including 1511, GA611, 1515, GA615 and other models.
As shown in the figure above, the surface of J9 Weft Feeler Holder is printed with R for the right hand and l for the left hand. One piece is used for each loom. It is fixed on the probe foot of 3336 or J11 during installation, which is used for the shuttle change inducer of the loom.
The figure above shows the front and back of the probe support seat of J9 loom. There are 20 pieces in each string, i.e. 10 pieces on the left and right. The material is HT15-32 pig iron. Install the weft probe support J9 on the probe support feet J11 or 3336, so that the probe J27 is aligned with the center of the coil probe slot or slightly higher, and the probe position should be 16-22mm away from the bottom of the coil in the shuttle.
The transverse movement of the cross spindle shall not exceed 0.8mm. The elastic force of the cross spindle spring j33 should not be too large. As long as it can quickly reset the probe J27, so as to avoid breaking the weft or continuous shuttle change.
