Huixian Xinda Textile machinery accessories provides C4 Tension Link Parts For Shuttle Loom, made of HT15-33. The loom connecting rod (C4) is vertically installed on the C3 tension sector rod, the adjusting chute is on the upper part, and the lower part is connected with C5 adjusting weight rod and C6. After they are assembled in complete sets, they are installed on the shuttle shed side of the loom. The parameters of C4 connecting rod: the total length is 17cm, the width is 25.5mm, and the thickness at the shaft hole is 17mm, The diameter of the inner hole is 12mm, and the inner width of the chute is 13.5mm。
As shown on the left side of the figure above, there is an oblique oil filling hole next to the shaft hole. C4 moves up and down when the adjusting weight follows the undulating movement of the tension sector rod. The material of the connecting rod of the weaving machine is gray iron (HT15-33), and the single weight is about 0.2kg.
