Huixian Xinda Textile Machinery Parts Co., Ltd. provides G263-7509T reed clamp shaft middle wing support foot (3241). The support foot part number used in the 1515 weaving machine is 3241, and the inner hole of the middle wing support foot of the reed clamp shaft is 28mm. The upper two circular holes and K206 pad iron are used to clamp the reed clamp wood. The two screw holes below the 7509 support foot are used for contraction of the expansion joint, thereby clamping the reed clamp shaft.
The usage of the middle wing support foot of the reed clamp shaft is related to the width of the loom door: 1 unit is used for a 56 inch loom, and 3 units are used for sizes 63 inches and above and 75 inches and below.
The 1515 model is connected to the 3219 reed clamp shaft, while the GA615 model is connected to the reed clamp shaft 3107. They are both fixed in the middle position, and be careful not to loosen the keys during installation.
