Huixian Xinda Textile Machinery Accessories Co., Ltd. provides textile accessories for the 1515 loom and F215 switch arm support feet. The loom support feet are used to support the fixed switch arm 4103, made of gray pig iron HT15-32. The bottom of the support feet is installed on the loom wall panel 4302. The length of the base of the F215 loom support feet is 60mm, and the distance between the bottom and the center of the support connection hole protruding from the front is 111mm, The number of switch arm support legs used on each 1515 loom is 1 (this support leg is divided into left hand and right hand, i.e. F215R or F215L).
The bolts used for the F215 switch arm bracket are M12X45 carriage screws, one BM12 nut, and one washer of 12mm each, which are used to fix them to the wall panel of the loom. The 1515, 1511, and GA615 wide width looms use this support leg, and the specific installation requirements are (taking 1511 as an example):
1. Install switch link I12 onto switch bracket I2;
2. Install the starting arm bracket F208 on the bent shaft support F40, so that the upper plane of the bracket is roughly horizontal, and there is a gap of approximately 20mm between the bracket and the bent shaft support bracket F00-1.
3. Install the switch arm bracket F215 on the wall panel P2 (type 1515 is 4302), with the upper plane of the bracket horizontal and a distance of approximately 3mm between the bracket and the bent shaft support F40.
4. Install switch arm F213 (1515 is 4103) onto switch arm support foot F215 using switch arm spindle F209, with the switch arm roughly horizontal;
5. Loop the V-belt pulley F00-4 (4100-2) onto the crankshaft, and then slide the clutch F00-5 (4100-1) onto the bent shaft to check for flexible rotation. Fit the clutch key, and the side of the clutch should be roughly flush with the shaft head of the bent shaft.
6. Assemble the starting arm F206, starting lever F210, starting link F212 (G1515-0209), and starting pressure spring F211 into a set, and then connect them to the upper fork F238 and lower fork F239 in the square groove of the V-belt pulley. The starting arm F206 is connected to the switch link F212 using a bolt core.
7. Connect the switch handle foot support I28 with a bolt in the circular hole below the long foot of the switch handle bracket I2, and tighten the nut.
