P3 chest beam is made of pig iron HT15-33, which is suitable for 1511-44 inch looms and installed in the front of weaving machinery. It belongs to cast iron frame textile machinery accessories. The breast beam of the loom can be divided into left-hand cart (L) and right-hand cart (R) according to the left and right hands of the loom. Its total length is 1.422m, which is connected with the frame accessories on both sides of the loom - wallboards P1 and P2.
Installation requirements of loom chest beam P3: its outer side is flush with the front side of wallboard P1 and P2, the four corners are solid, the left and right are roughly horizontal, and the front and rear are horizontal when viewed from the plane of angular n19. The allowable difference between the front and rear levels of P3 is 0.1/82mm. The surfaces at both ends should be vertical, and the non perpendicularity should be less than 0.4mm.
The upper surface of the chest beam P3 of the loom is chrome plated. After the fabric surface is displaced on it, it is controlled by the cloth winding device. Each loom uses one chest beam, and the weight of a single chest beam is about 22 kg. Loom frame accessories (wallboard, front crossbeam P4, rear crossbeam P5, upper crossbeam P6 and front and rear support P7) are made of sand casting.
