N44 installation tutorial: calibrate the relative position between the collision nozzle and the v-screw. Hook the weft fork with the weft hammer, the shuttle pushing frame is in front of the loom, the movable hook N58 of the shuttle changing safety device is hooked with the movable hook foot N57 of the shuttle changing safety device, rotate the bending shaft of the loom, raise the collision mouth, and when it meets the advancing V-shaped screw (N44), make the device located in the middle or slightly below the middle of the V-shaped screw by 0.4mm, and make them flush left and right at the same time.
If the high and low position is not correct, adjust the double nut under the thread winding bolt N38 on the collision nozzle. Or slightly loosen the set screw of the lifting arm N7, and turn the lifting arm to an appropriate angle for adjustment; Reverse the bending axis of the loom, and the collision mouth shall not collide with the bottom surface of the n44v-shaped screw when falling. In case of collision, recheck the length of weft cam, collision nozzle N6 and the position of safety spring rod. In addition, pay attention to the right and left position of lifting arm, so that the movable hook of shuttle change safety device does not collide with collision nozzle bolt N13.
The n44v-shaped screw of the loom is installed horizontally on K30. Put the striker N6 on the inclined plane of the V-shaped screw N44 by hand, turn the bending shaft handle to the front dead center, and the head end of the shuttle frame should be flush with the rear side of the front brake rail. If it is uneven, adjust the access position of the V-shaped bolt. After adjustment, push the shuttle frame to the rear of the loom by hand to make it protrude 0.8mm from the rear side of the front brake rail.
