The connection between the D22 spherical bearing and the copper sleeve is fixed with a slotted wire (as shown in the above figure). Generally, hexagonal screws are used to ensure that the copper sleeve and the spherical bearing are integrated. Rapier machines generally use GA615 model 0100-2 (copper sleeve inner hole 42mm), and the difference between the three types of spherical bearing assemblies is only the diameter of the inner hole of the copper sleeve.
