The cast iron parts of the weaving machine are generally made of pig iron HT15-33 or HT15-32. Installation and inspection method: Thread one end of the brake hook I26 into the brake rod hole, hook the other end into the circular hole of the tilt rod I3, and then install the tilt rod on the switch handle bracket I2. When the switch handle is in the driving position, the upper edge of the tilt rod is roughly horizontal, and then fix the tilt rod I3; Pull the switch handle to the off position, insert the tightening ring I8 into the lower end of the brake hook, leave a 1.6mm gap between the tightening ring and the brake rod, turn the tightening screw to the gear, and then tighten the screw.
