The B28 foot lever is mainly used to loosen the warp and cloth surface when the loom is stopped. After stepping on the foot lever, rotate and twist the B34 warp adjustment hand wheel on the upper part of the inclined shaft by hand. The total length of B28 foot lever is 162mm, the width of curved surface is 37.5mm, and the diameter of large hole is 16mm. It is connected with B50 foot lever core and fixed on P4 front cross beam and wallboard.
The upper end of the let off fitting B28 is fixed by an M6 set screw to the B51 foot bar bolt. B51 undertakes the B28 foot bar and b00-4 foot connecting rod. The above figure is the side view of the foot bar. The diameter of the lower hole in the figure is 8mm, and the arc surface is the position for foot pedal.
Part b let off mechanism is mainly used to control the giving of warp yarn. Different let off supporting feet are installed in different positions to realize warp yarn conveying by bridging and changing the power direction. The weight of a single B28 foot lever is 0.5kg.
B28 foot lever is used for the internal let off device of 1511, 1515 and GA615 looms. It is a general accessory of shuttle looms. The products are not divided into left and right hands. The quantity of each loom is 1.
