Huixian Xinda Textile Machinery Accessories Co., Ltd. provides 1511 loom handle assembly k00-1 and copper sleeve K77x78. The bushing K77x78 matched with the loom handle is divided into T-type (with outer edge) and B-type (straight barrel), with inner hole diameters of 38mm, nylon sleeve length of 65mm, copper sleeve length of 62mm, outer diameter of 48mm, and copper sleeve outer edge diameter of 57mm. The outer diameter wear of the handle bushing K77B should not exceed 0.4 mm, and it should be checked with a caliper, or only 4 pieces of high-quality rubber sheets are allowed to be padded.
The left side of the figure above is K77xK78 (T-type) copper sleeve, and the right side is K77B nylon sleeve. They play the same role on the loom, but the casting materials are different. There are 40 K77x78 copper sleeves per box and 100 nylon bushings per bag.
