Huixian Xinda Textile machinery accessories provides loom support foot bending shaft support foot F00-1, which is composed of one F39 loom support foot casting and two A31 bushings. It is used to support the bending shaft (crankshaft and crank shaft) of 1511 loom and is fixed on the motor side of the loom. Appearance of loom support leg F00-1: 161.5mm long, 90mm wide and 70mm high; The diameter of the inner hole is 38mm, the outer diameter of the bushing is 46mm, and the outer width of the upper oil filling groove (as shown in the middle of the above figure) is 23mm, the inner width is 15mm and the inner length is 41mm. The supporting foot is a shuttle textile machinery accessory regardless of left and right hands. One is used for each 1511 loom.
The lower part of the bending shaft support foot F00-1 is fixed in the middle of the main support of F40 bending shaft by two M12 screws, and the plane is outward. The clearance between the loom support foot F00-1 and the bending shaft F38: 0.4mm for major repair and 0.5mm for minor repair (check with steel wire).
