The gap between the textile punch N6 and the punch bolt N13 is ≤ 0.4 mm, and the length abrasion is less than 3 mm, and it is connected with saddle screw N44 The contact width is greater than 2/3. When changing the shuttle, it should be slightly lower in the middle of N44 (when the punch is reset, it should not collide with the safety spring rod).
The N6 punch (Knocking Bill) is connected with N5*N13 on 1515 loom and 6921*N5 on GA615 loom. The N6 punch is not divided into left hand and right hand.
The total length of arc punch of N6 loom accessories is 15.2 cm, the diameter of two round holes is 10 mm, and the length of punch bolt N13 is 60 mm. When the gap between them exceeds 0.4 mm, the corresponding parts need to be replaced.
