Huixian Xinda Textile Machinery Accessories Co., Ltd. provides SJ-77 loom let off accessories buffer spring, Material: Nylon 1010, Buffer Spring For Let Off Parts Of SJ-77,SJ-77 tension spring sheet length 26mm, width 25mm, large hole diameter 7mm, two small hole diameter is 4.2mm, thickness is 4.5mm, SJ-77 buffer spring is mainly used in GA747 series rapier loom, and connected with SJ-27 buffer rod and sj25 buffer spring.
SJ-P let off mechanism is composed of three parts: the rotating device of weaving shaft, the adjusting device of warp tension induction and the detecting device of loom shaft diameter. It retains the movable back beam of 1515 series looms and uses the cam device of smooth motion.
In order to effectively adjust the upper tension, SJ-P let off mechanism changes the tension hammer C17 used on 1515 loom into three upper tension springs. By adjusting the spring tension, the different requirements of the upper machine tension in changing variety and weft density can be met.
SJ series accessories include two types of buffer spring (sj-77 and 4600-1 buffer spring bolt), 500 pieces in each package. They are continuously improved on the basis of G611. The following figure shows a comparison of the two types of spring sheets
