Huixian Xinda Textile machinery accessories provides traditional old-fashioned cotton loom accessories -Bracket For Weft Fork Spindle J7 Sliding Hoop J8, weft fork spindle rod supporting foot J7 and sliding hoop J8. J7 supporting foot is the base for fixing weft fork spindle rod, with overall length of 80mm, total width of 9cm, height of 35mm, internal distance of sliding hoop track of 9mm, and both sides are fixed on the chest beam (P3, 4306 or 0101) of the loom, After the loom accessory J8 sliding hoop is closely connected with J30 spindle rod by side fixing screws, it moves back and forth on the supporting foot.
The shape of J8 is arched, and there are oil filling holes at the upper part. The diameter of the three inner holes in the horizontal direction is 10mm, which is used for penetrating and installing J30 weft fork spindle rod. The top left corner of the above figure is the inverted view of J8, and the right side is the top view of the base support foot J7. They belong to the shuttle change induction part of the loom, and cooperate with the weft fork to carry out mechanical inspection of weft.
Loom accessories J7 and J8, regardless of left and right hands, can be applied to shuttle looms of 44 ", 56", 63 ", 72", 75 ", etc. the single-sided gap (single-sided insertion) between J7 and weft fork spindle rod sliding hoop (J8) is ≤ 0.2mm.
