Sizing Machine Reed,Carding Reed,Reed Customized, The sizing machine reed and combing reed are customized. The shape of the trapezoidal reed is isosceles trapezoid, and the height is generally 12cm. The upper beam and lower beam are wrapped with 18mm wide U-shaped aluminum alloy. The density of the upper part of the reed is greater than that of the lower part (affected by the length of the reed teeth), which can be inverted to change the use density. The textile combing reed is closely related to the twisting reed. The twisting reed is used to layer the warp yarn on the basis of the combing reed, so as to ensure that the opening of the upper warp yarn and the lower warp yarn forms a shed during weaving, and the shuttle can pass through safely, so as to meet the needs of fabric structure weaving production.
